Vivian Maier (American, 1926-2009) Street Scenes (10 works) circa 1960s Dye coupler prints on Kodak paper 3-1/2 x 2-1/2 inches (8.9 x 6.4 cm) (sheets) Each with Kodak printer stamps, verso. From the Ron Slattery collection. The ten works in this lot are comprised of vintage color prints shot in and around Chicago. While it's estimated that Vivian Maier took upwards of 100,000 photos, the vast majority of her work surfaced as negatives; Maier rarely printed her work, and vintage color prints such as this are scarce.
