Watercolor. Signed and (belatedly) dated. Once more signed as well as titled "Landschaft am Wannsee" on the reverse. Inscribed "Dr. B. Havelsee Schilflandschaf" (sic) on the reverse by a hand other than that of the artist. On wove paper. 55 x 37 cm. , the full sheet. [EH].
- From the Berlin Brücke period - A watercolor in the great expressionist's signature style. - Expressive depiction of the landscape.
This work is documented at the Ernst Ludwig Kirchner Archive, Wichtrach/Bern.
