An impression on laid paper. Sheet present with mild toning, commensurate with age; heavier toning along extreme edges of sheet. A few mild marks of foxing within plate lines. Two areas of heavier staining, lower left; presents with tidelines on verso that do not appear evident recto; possibly due to previous adhesion as the area fluoresces brighter when examined under UV light. Two marked areas of liquid staining upper left and right corners, with tidelines extending about 1/4" or 3/8" into sheet; does to appear to extend into etched composition. A few mild creases, primarily evident lower left and upper left/right around hinges; a light crease extends horizontally across sheet beginning/appearing heaviest at upper right about 1-1/2" down from upper edge of sheet. A small area of skinning primarily evident on verso with a small (1/8"-1/4") thinner area of sheet. A few extremely minor tears/losses along extreme edges of sheet, do not appear to be larger than 1/16". Mild buckling to sheet. A extremely small (1/8" x 1/4") area of residue (potentially adhesive) in lower right quadrant recto, visible under very close inspection with UV or raking light. Hinged along upper edge verso, matted. Unframed.
