- From the best "Brücke" period of the sought-after Dresden years. - The world of vaudeville, theater and circus was one of the main subjects of the "Brücke" artists. - E. L. Kirchner developed a particular fascination for dance in Dresden, which is reflected in the drawings, prints and paintings in his vast oeuvre. - In his spontaneous drawings, the artist achieved the greatest possible immediacy.

In good condition, consistent with its age, slightly creased in places and with minimal creasing in the lower right corner of the sheet. A tiny brown spot next to the dancers in the upper right corner.
