Private collection, Nothern Germany
In good condition. Minimal craquelure in places, as well as very isolated, small areas of paint flaking along the edges. In the lower part of the painting, there are a few small specks of insect excrement and very faint brownish spots—likely studio-related—which are barely visible to the naked eye when viewed as a whole. In the upper part of the painting, there are two to three tiny blue paint marks or deposits. Along the outermost edges of the painting, there are a few very small retouched or overpainted spots. All in all, the overall impression is extremely harmonious. The condition report was compiled in daylight with the aid of a UV light source, and to the best of our knowledge and belief.
