• The watercolor technique is of paramount importance in Schmidt-Rottluff’s oeuvre: it dominated his work from the “Brücke” era through to his final creative phase in the 1970s.

In good condition. There is a small crease in the area of the blue sky. The bottom edge is slightly irregular due to the nature of the material. The upper left corner has a small fold.
