Sheet exhibits 4" vertical tear along lower center edge of sheet; tear is reinforced on verso by two intersecting pieces of hinge tape (horizontal piece of tape is 7 1/4" and vertical piece of tape is 5 1/8"). Verso of sheet exhibits two fox marks in the lower left quadrant. Upper right corner exhibits 1/4" area of fluorescing residue. Sheet is loose.
